1. Who we are

MenuMind ("we", "us") is a meal planning and shopping list app offered by Atthis AI, based in the Netherlands. Contact: legal@menumind.nl.

2. What data we collect

• Account data — your email address for authentication via magic link (Supabase Auth).
• Preferences — household size, dietary preferences, allergies and cooking experience that you enter yourself.
• Usage data — generated meal plans, favourite recipes, pantry and shopping lists.
• Payment data — processed exclusively by Stripe or Apple. We do not store credit card or bank details.

3. How we use your data

• Generating personalised meal plans and recipes.
• Building shopping lists with supermarket price comparisons.
• Managing your account and subscription.
• Improving the app.

4. Third parties

We only share your data with the following services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — for generating recipes. Only your preferences are shared, not your email address.
• Stripe — payment processing (web).
• Apple — payment processing (in-app).
• Vercel — hosting.

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access, correct or delete your data.
• Export your data (data portability).
• Object to processing.
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

7. Cookies

MenuMind only uses functional cookies for authentication and remembering your theme preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
